Maya ?

Pretty soon we'll be clearing a lot of trees is there a special way of cutting them so you get good Maya ? or is it just pot luck ?

Some Pine/fir & some birch mate oh & did i mention Rhoddie

ok cool pines and firs are the men - basically YOUR after the resin, trick is to wound the tree so it releases resin to heal itself ...........

Natures way of making them is a fungus that attacks the wood - on the weiss or Vildmark course we go round showing people how to ID good stump and bad stump!

I seem to remember Preben saying the resin is most concentrated about a meter or so from the top of the tree, that's the part he used to make the elevated resin torch thingy???
