WAES HAEL - DRINC HAEL !

WWW
« on: January 10, 2010, 12:48:50 PM »

A lass asked me to give her a squirrel to try, it's her first time eating it, what recipe/method would you use for a first timer, I've skinned & emptied it so it's just a matter of cooking  Smiley

How long would you hang it for ?

Thanks for the info  Wink

thanks Clive  Wink in the field we'd eat it same day, but would hanging it for 2-3 days improve flavour, i know it relaxes the meat ?

if its a first time just fry it as is - its a pork/duck tasting meat - or treat it more like duck ..........

The reason its biting its tail is because it symbolizes the cycle of death and rebirth, eternity and renewal.
